Dr. Christoph Studinka is Partner and Co-Founder of Proventis Partners AG, Zurich
Besides Proventis Partners, Christoph Studinka is Chairman of the Board of industrial group Optics Balzers AG in Liechtenstein.
Christoph, born 1961, collected more than 10 years M&A experience with a solid track record of transactions for corporations as well as for owner-run mid cap companies. One step in his career was Head Corporate Development at Sulzer Ltd.
His industry focus is mechanical engeering, surface technology and medical technology. Functionally he covers M&A, strategy development and turnaround management.
Before he co-founded Proventis Partners he acted as an independent M&A advisor in Switzerland.
Prior to this he had been part of senior management at Oerlikon Balzers Ltd (surface technology) and was responsible for Asia and Americas during 4 years. He had also been a manager at Wartsila Diesel, where he managed worldwide marketing and sales of marine diesel engines. Studinka was also a management consultant at Arthur D. Little during 8 years and worked in Belgium Germany and Switzerland.
He studied Business Administration at the University of St. Gall where he also earned his doctors degree (Dr. oec. HSG) with distinction.
