Rainer Wieser is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Proventis Partners GmbH, Munich since 2002. In 2004 he assumed addidionally the role as Managing Director at Proventis Partners subsidiary company Pacioli Institut für Finanz- und Unternehmensplanung.
Rainer Wieser has successfully managed and closed more than 20 corporate finance and M&A transactions. His industry expertise is in IT, machinery and tools as well as in clean tech. Rainer is specialized on debt capital advisory and alternative finance instruments. Furthermore, his core expertise is in evaluating the legal and tax aspects of all transactions.
Prior to his position at Proventis Partners, he was an Invesment Manager at a bank-owned venture capital company.
Rainer studied business administration at the FH Munich and earned his masters degree in tax and controlling. During his studies he lived and worked in the USA. He graduated in 1998 with distinction (summa cum laude).
