Teun de Ven is Co-Founder and Partner of Proventis Partners Ltd, Zurich.
Teun de Ven, born 1962, has managed, structured and completed many M&A transactions for various company sizes and industry branches. This includes also entrepreneurial succession, corporate carve-outs as well as venture capital projects.
Teun de Ven has strong expertise and industry-affinity to TIME (Telecom, Internet, Entertainment, Media), General Services, and Retail. He knows the trends in these industries from many years of practice and has a wide personal network in these areas. He also managed many Private Equity and Venture Capital projects in these industries.
Prior to founding Proventis Partners Ltd he was part of senior management at Jacobs Holding where he repositioned a number of subsidiaries.
Prior to that he managed successfully Swisscom Retail as Head of Residential Customers.
Between 1988 and 1995 he was a management consultant at St. Gallen Consulting Group.
He studied business administration at the University of St. Gallen and earned his master degree with distinction in 1988.
