For our office in Zurich we are looking for a full-time Vice President (m/f/d) with immediate effect or by arrangement. You can expect a modern workplace in a dynamic and growing team in the heart of Zurich. 

What are your activities?

• Challenging and varied activities in M&A transactions and other corporate finance mandates 
• Coordination and management of project teams 
• Exciting and challenging collaboration with entrepreneurs, key decision-makers at corporations and financial investors  
• Preparation of company valuations, financing models and balance sheet analyses as well as investment memoranda and presentations 
• Preparation and review of financing and transaction structures 
• Member of and collaboration in a specific sector team 

What should you bring along?

• High level of commitment, motivation and keen interest in M&A and corporate finance services 
• Four to five years of professional experience in corporate finance advisory or investment banking 
• Completed studies (Master’s degree) with a background in economics 
• Excellent analytical skills, communication skills and ability to work in a team 
• Fluency in German and English (other languages are a plus) 
• Excellent MS Office skills 
• Sound knowledge of industry-specific databases (e.g. Capital IQ, MergerMarket, Pitchbook etc.)
