Proventis Partners advised Pekabex

The 100% stake in FTO Fertigteilwerk Obermain GmbH was acquired with effect from 1 January 2020. The participation of Pekabex in FTO is going to strengthen the Pekabex Group’s further expansion strategy in the German market. FTO is the sixth plant of the Polish market leader in modern system construction after plants in Warsaw, Poznan, Bielsko-Biala and two in Gdansk. Pexabex intends to continue the growth of his group.

FTO-Fertigteilwerk Obermain GmbH, sees itself as a specialist for complete services in the field of structural precast construction, both directly for building owners (private individuals or commercial enterprises) and for architects, general contractors and construction companies.

Pekabex is the largest manufacturer of prefabricated reinforced concrete elements in Poland and produces prefabricated concrete elements, which are used for large-scale construction projects, engineering and technical construction, and for non-typical construction projects.

Proventis Partners initiated the acquisition process with FTO Obermain, advised Pekabex throughout the M&A process, and supported the negotiations until the closing of the transaction.
