As part of the succession plan at Econis AG, the Swiss investment foundation Renaissance acquired a majority of the share capital of the IT service provider. At the same time, Toni Fuchs, who had previously been appointed CEO at Econis, took a stake in the company. The reorganization of the ownership structure will enable the company to strengthen its own market position and drive new services in the areas of security and workplace.
