Proventis Partners advised KESSTECH

Christian Schütte, Managing Director of Kess Tech GmbH, has taken over shares in the company from founder Roland Kess as part of a succession solution. Likewise, shares were also transferred to founder’s daughter, Pamela Kess.

Kess Tech is the company behind the invention of the adjustable exhaust system. The company is now the market leader for electronically and mechanically adjustable exhaust systems with EU type approval for Harley Davidson, Indian Motorcycle and BMW motorcycles.
