Proventis Partners advises German Translation Network AG on the acquisition of RKT Ubersetzungs- und Dokumentations GmbH

Munich, 26 September 2018 – Proventis Partners exclusively advised German Translation Network AG (“GetraNet”), a full service translation specialist, on the successful acquisition of RKT Ubersetzungs- und Dokumentations GmbH (“RKT”).

About the transaction

GetraNet has acquired 100 percent of the shares of RKT. This acquisition allows GetraNet to  integrate another full-service translation agency. With RKT, it is taking over a highly qualified network of inhouse and freelance translators. After the takeover, RKT will continue its business operations under its own name.

Role of Proventis Partners

Proventis Partners acted as exclusive M&A advisor to Getranet and initiated the takeover of RKT. The activities included the discussions and negotiations with the seller of the RKT shares, the coordination of the due diligence as well as the structuring and negotiation of the economic conditions of the executed share deal. This is the eighth M&A transaction thatProventis Partners has exclusively advised for GetraNet.
