Hamburg, 23.05.2017 – Proventis Partners advised the shareholder family of HAM-LOG- Gruppe (HAM-LOG), a leading German personnel service provider for outsourcing of logistical tasks in the supply chain, during the search for a competent partner for the dynamic expansion plans.

The Transaction

The Haspa Beteiligungsgesellschaft flr den Mittelstand mbH (Haspa BGM) acquires 25% of the shares of HAM-LOG-Gruppe in the course of financing further growth of the logistical service provider. Together with the principal owner, the Haspa BGM will accompany the further expansion plans of the corporate group.
