Proventis Partners advised the shareholder of e.sigma systems on the sale to Diehl Defence

e.sigma systems GmbH, a specialist for military training and simulation technologies, was sold to Diehl Defence GmbH & Co. KG. The transaction includes e.sigma systems GmbH and the subsidiary e.sigma Technology, based in Munich and Ilmenau.

For e.sigma, the acquisition offers the opportunity to realize the next stage of growth in cooperation with a strong, family-run partner and leading system house in the field of air defence. For Diehl Defence, e.sigma offers, among other things, the strategic contribution of state-of-the-art training capabilities for its air defense systems. e.sigma will continue to operate independently, with its own management and its entire portfolio on the market
