Proventis Partners advised CEE Equity Partners on the sale of Paperpack to Faller Packaging

A fund advised by CEE Equity Partners has reached an agreement to sell its shares in Paperpack, the leading provider of fibre-based pharmaceutical packaging solutions in Greece, in a sale to Faller Packaging, a pan-European supplier of secondary packaging for the pharmaceutical industry, headquartered in Waldkirch, Germany.

During the partnership with CEE Equity Partners, Paperpack has established itself as the undisputed market leader in Greece, providing best-in-class products as well as superior customer services for a constantly growing national and international customer base. The acquisition by Faller Packaging combines two highly complementary pharmaceutical packaging specialists and creates an even stronger platform for serving customers across Europe. This new partnership is expected to unlock substantial new growth opportunities while maintaining the highest standards in terms of quality and customer service.

Proventis Partners acted as the exclusive M&A advisor to CEE Equity Partners and the China Central and Eastern Europe Investment Co-Operation Fund II SCS SICAV-SIF during the entire process.
