Annabelle Schindera

During her studies, Annabelle gained practical experience in M&A, private equity and alternative investments. Among other roles, she worked at an M&A boutique specialized in the German Mittelstand and at a private equity firm focused on investments along the energy transition value chain. Annabelle completed her Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies at EBS University, with an exchange semester at NOVA School of Business and Economics in Lisbon, followed by a Master’s degree in Finance at HEC Lausanne. At Proventis Partners, she contributes her analytical and structured approach to effectively support mid-sized companies in M&A transactions.
