10th transaction in the LSP market for Proventis Partners

July 31st, 2020 – Proventis Partners exclusively advised RKT Übersetzungs- und Dokumentations GmbH (“RKT”), a group company of German Translations Network AG (“Getranet”) on the successful acquisition of the assets of Tanner Translations GmbH + Co KG (“Tanner”).

About the transaction

RKT has acquired all assets of Tanner. This acquisition allows RKT to integrate another specialized translation agency in the field of certified technical translations. With Tanner, it is taking over also the location in Dusseldorf. The transaction was implemented with effect from 1 May 2020. In the meantime, the processes have been integrated into the Getranet network and both customers and employees of Tanner benefit from the new company structure.

Role of Proventis Partners

Proventis Partners acted as exclusive M&A advisor to RKT and initiated the takeover of Tanner. The activities included the discussions and negotiations with the seller of the Tanner assets, the coordi- nation of the due diligence as well as the structuring and negotiation of the economic conditions of the executed asset deal. This is the ninth M&A transaction that Proventis Partners has exclusively advised for the GetraNet group.
