Matthias Tank

Matthias has more than two years of experience in M&A consulting. After completing his bachelor's degree in business administration in Kiel, he earned a Master of Science in Finance from EBS University for Business and Law in Oestrich-Winkel, supplemented by a semester abroad at Uppsala University in Sweden. He began his career in Frankfurt at a mid-market boutique specialising in succession solutions for German SMEs, where he primarily supported sell-side mandates and selected buy-side projects in the consumer & retail, technology, and automotive sectors. This broad range of experience is now being brought to Proventis Partners, where he provides comprehensive support to medium-sized companies throughout the entire transaction process.
