Zurich, 29 January 2025 – Arion Group has been sold to Caring Group, led by Didactic as part of a strategic sale.

The transaction

Arion Group, an owner-managed company based on the border between the Netherlands and Germany, was sold to the French-based Caring Group as part of a strategic transaction led by the French company Didactic. The acquisition aims to further drive international growth and strengthen the group’s position in the global market. With more than 30 years of experience in pioneering and setting trends in the international healthcare market, Arion Group is embarking on the next phase of its journey with strong new partners. With the Didactic Group and Hygie, Arion has formed the Caring Group, a leading player in the healthcare market. Proventis Partners acted as exclusive M&A advisor to the sellers of Arion throughout the entire process. The Proventis Partners transaction team consisted of Dr. Uwe Nickel (Partner), Bartosz Kurkowski (Senior Advisor), Artur Maibach (Vice President) and Flavian Gmünder (Analyst).
