Proventis Partners advised Kebos

Munich, April 11, 2023 – Business Services Transaction. Proventis Partners advised on the sale of KEBOS Group, a leading service provider for water and air hygiene, to a group of Swiss investors.

The transaction

The shareholders of the KEBOS Group, Germany’s leading specialist for water and air hygiene, have gained an investor with CONSTELLATION to further expand the strong growth potential in the quality management of (drinking) water and air, including the related inspection and maintenance services. The market for water and air hygiene services is becoming increasingly important, driven by increasing regulatory requirements, stricter ESG criteria and quality standards, and is therefore experiencing sustained and steady growth. At the same time, the laboratory service providers Dr. Brill + Kebos GmbH & Co.KG and Hygienic Solution Services GmbH will be fully integrated into the KEBOS Group.

In a transaction process led by Proventis Partners as M&A advisor, CONSTELLATION acquired a majority stake in KEBOS Group in a share deal. As part of CONSTELLATION, the group will remain operationally independent after the sale and, in addition to steady organic growth, plans to expand through acquisitions of other companies in the water and air hygiene sector as part of a buy and build strategy.
