Proventis Partners advised TricorBraun

Hamburg, January 10, 2024 – Proventis Partners has supported the leading packaging company TricorBraun in the acquisition of Glassland GmbH.

The Transaction

TricorBraun, a leading global packaging company, has acquired glass packaging distributor Glassland GmbH. Through the acquisition, TricorBraun expands the presence of its premium glass packaging provider Vetroelite in German-speaking countries and further expands its position in the European market. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed. Glassland serves producers of beer, spirits and other beverages with a comprehensive catalog of high-quality glass bottles and closures.

All Glassland team members will remain at TricorBraun and continue to work at their location in Bonn. After a transition period, Glassland will be fully integrated into Vetroelite.
