(Hamburg / Zurich), November 10, 2023 – In order to be able to provide business partners with even better local support in the future, Proventis Partners, one of the leading independent M&A boutiques in German-speaking countries, is opening a new office in Frankfurt. Christoph Ulrich becomes site manager. He has many years of experience as an international corporate finance consultant and M&A specialist and has excellent networks in the region.

Thanks to a full transaction pipeline, Proventis Partners is experiencing strong growth across all of its core sectors. The new location takes this into account, with which Proventis Partners is strengthening its presence in one of the most important financial centers in Europe. Under the leadership of industrial and service expert Christoph Ulrich, companies, family offices and financial investors have access to a team of proven experts for tailor-made M&A and capital market transactions in close proximity to leading banks.

New Partner in Hamburg

There are also reinforcements for Proventis Partners at the Hamburg location: Wilderich Müller-Wodarg joined Proventis Partners as a new partner here in August 2023. He strengthens the Proventis team with his many years of international corporate finance experience in the areas of technology and education.

After being spun off as an independent company, the former Munich team at Proventis will concentrate exclusively on the technology sector in the future. Proventis Partners wishes the team much success and remains on friendly terms with their colleagues.

With the opening of the new office, Proventis Partners is now present at three strong locations in Frankfurt, Hamburg and Zurich with a team of 9 partners and around 30 professionals.
