Proventis Partners with Mergers Alliance Network TOP 4 small-cap M&A Advisors Worldwide

Proventis Partners’ most successful financial year since its inception with 19 transactions in 2019.

Munich, February 4, 2020. The Mergers Alliance, an international partnership of leading independent M&A consultancies with 21 members (including Proventis Partners as exclusive partner in Germany) represented in 31 markets worldwide, is according to a current analysis of the Thomson Reuters League Tables for 2019 in the M&A Small Cap Worldwide Deals segment with transaction volumes of less than 50 million US dollars in fourth place with a total of 64 transactions with a volume of 1.269 billion US dollars. In terms of deal sizes up to 500 million US dollars, the Mergers Alliance ranks 20th with a total of 84 transactions and a deal volume of 2.9 billion US dollars. When it comes to international M&A partnerships in the mid-market segment up to 500 million US dollar transaction volume puts Mergers Alliance in first place (see attached overview of Thomson Reuters League Tables 2019).
