Proventis Partners advised Arbonia-Forster Group

Dr. Edgard Oehler, former owner, has reacquired STI Surface Technologies AG, formerly Hartchrom AG, from AFG Arbonia-Forster-Holding AG. The decision was made by the former owner after AFG decided to sell its automotive, furniture and surface industry divisions.

STI Surface Technologies AG develops solutions in the field of surface technology such as galvanic processes, thermal or mechanical coatings. Today, customers from the printing press, paper manufacturing, automotive, engine building, aerospace, marine and general plant engineering sectors count on STI AG’s solutions.
