Proventis Partners has supported the company sale of Asko GmbH, a supplier for cleaning services, to Team Konzept GmbH. The acquisition of Asko GmbH specifically has created an integral solution for the project management in the building industry.

Asko GmbH is a certified facility management provider, mainly focusing on cleaning services. Before being acquired by Team Konzept GmbH, 100 employees in total were in charge of approximately 40 clients.

Team Konzept is a construction service provider for both architecture and planning offices as well as for globally active companies for corporate design.

Proventis Partners carried out the business valuations, the evaluation of and address to potential purchasers as well as the negotiations on the sale contract for the associates. Considering the homogeneous and volatile cleaning services market, Proventis Partners particularly faced challenges in determining individual strengths of Askos GmbH.
