VINCI Energies has acquired AUTEC process automation GmbH, which specializes in the automation of production processes in the food and beverage industry. The target thus expands the range of services offered by the Actemium brand, which belongs to VINCI, in the fields of plant and automation technology. The know-how in the food & beverage sector will also be expanded for the Actemium network.

AUTEC process automation GmbH specializes in the automation of production processes in the beverage and food industry as well as in comparable industrial applications in which liquid or viscous media are produced, processed or filled.

Proventis Partners supported TRIADON, the shareholder of AUTEC, and the management team of AUTEC throughout the M&A process. Services included the preparation of all transaction documentation, the identification and approach of suitable investors, the coordination of due diligence and the commercial negotiation of the transaction.
