Proventis Partners advised Christian Fischbacher

On January 7, 2019, Fremaux Delorme Group, a global manufacturer of bed, bath and table linens, has acquired a majority stake in Christian Fischbacher Bed & Bath AG, a leading Swiss manufacturer of luxury home textiles. The transaction follows a separation process of the bedding and furnishing fabrics businesses already initiated in 2018. The bedding business will now have the opportunity to position its products on the international market as a result of the acquisition.

Christian Fischbacher looks back on a company history spanning two centuries. The Swiss brand’s products, designed with passion and extreme attention to detail, are composed of fabrics of the highest quality, characterized by constant innovation and creativity.

Fremaux Delorme produces and sells bed, bath and table linen worldwide. The company also operates a textile factory that offers damask designs for mattresses, tablecloths and upholstery fabrics.
