Proventis Partners advised EBM Group

As part of a management investment, the EBM Group has sold 23% of the shares in the Saphir Group to the company’s management.

Saphir Group is a telecommunications and IT infrastructure solutions provider based in Lausen, Switzerland. The company provides broadband networks, network solutions and infrastructure management services through 120 employees and generates revenues of over CHF 25 million.

EBM Group is an energy provider for the Basel region and develops energy solutions for more than 170,000 residential and business customers. The company employs more than 550 people and has a turnover of almost 700 million CHF.
