Proventis Partners advised Faude & Huguenin

Faude & Huguenin, with two production and sales locations in German-speaking Switzerland and French-speaking Switzerland as well as a production site in India, was looking for a successor solution and at the same time had to be restructured in order to get its EBITDA back on track. Proventis Partners has been engaged to support the restructuring and increase in value. The majority of the company was then sold to Renova AG, a Swiss private equity company.
