Proventis Partners advises German Translation Network AG on the acquisition of RKT Übersetzungs- und Dokumentations GmbH. This acquisition allows Getranet to integrate another full-service translation agency.

RKT is a professional translation agency where the client can speak on request with both the project managers and the translators personally and explain specific issues.

The German Translation Network AG currently includes eight full-service translation agencies that have successfully established themselves over many years as proven specialists in their respective segments with different core competencies and enjoy an excellent reputation in the industry.

Proventis Partners acted as exclusive M&A advisor to Getranet and initiated the takeover of RKT. The activities included the discussions and negotiations with the seller of the RKT shares, the coordination of the due diligence as well as the structuring and negotiation of the economic conditions of the executed share deal.
