Sauer’s Allma business unit is taking over the Verdol original parts, service and conversion business from the Reyes Group. The management of Allma expects a new growth impulse for its own business, as the synergies of both companies can be used optimally in this way. All existing customers of Verdol will be served by Allma with immediate effect after the acquisition.

The Saurer Group is a leading global textile company focusing on machinery and components for yarn processing. The names Allma and Volkmann stand for excellent twisting machines, Saurer Jintan for expertise in spinning preparation and Saurer Embroidery for competence in embroidery.

Reyes Groupe will in future concentrate on its core business in the energy markets.
