Proventis Partners advises DC-Software
The DC software covers a comprehensive range of digital foundation construction solutions with more than 30 programs. The software company’s offering is divided into two sub-areas of foundation construction. Users use the programs from the DC Soil Mechanics segment for subsoil investigations, soil and contaminated site investigations as well as the representation of geothermal drillings and geothermal probes. The DC basic structural statics program group, however, includes software solutions for geotechnical calculations, basic structural statics as well as groundwater lowering and infiltration.

FRILO, an established company on the DACH market, is expanding its portfolio in the ground construction & foundations segment. “We are extremely pleased to have gained many years of expertise in software development in the specialist area of foundation engineering for our customers with the DC software,” says Markus Gallenberger, Managing Director of FRILO. “By expanding our foundation construction solutions, our customers benefit from an enormous solution portfolio that FRILO provides for their day-to-day business. Proventis Partners supported the shareholders of DC-Software Doster & Christmann GmbH as exclusive M&A advisor in the preparation and implementation of the transaction. In addition to carrying out a structured sales process, the consulting services included the creation of marketing and transaction documents, identifying and approaching potential investors including management presentations as well as support in due diligence and negotiation of the transaction.
