Proventis Partners hat OC Oerlikon Balzers beraten

Oerlikon Balzers is acquiring the hartec Group, which specializes in PVD coatings, as of January 1, 2011, further expanding its leading position in the global coatings market. With the acquisition of the industry pioneer, the buyer is expanding into environmentally friendly, decorative-functional coatings for plastics. The target, which will in future operate as Oerlikon Balzers Hartec GmbH, employs around 30 people.

OC Oerlikon is one of the world’s leading high-tech industrial groups with over 11,000 employees and more than CHF 2.5 billion in sales.
