CÉDRIC MUTZ

Cédric joined Proventis Partners at the beginning of 2023. Cédric is a seasoned M&A and venture capital professional with 19 years of experience, including sell-side, buy-side, carve-outs, joint ventures, and start-up/growth financings in the chemicals and materials sector, software, and cleantech. With his experience working for leading corporates as well as start-ups, he brings a unique inside perspective and a deep understanding of clients’ needs. His strong background in finance and operations, and his global experience adds value to every transaction.

Cédric Has Master’s degree in management, is a CFA charterholder, and is fluent in 6 languages.
