Duration of Internship and Location
For the office in Hamburg we are looking for an intern (m/f/d) for a period of at least three months (full-time) from April 2025. A modern workplace awaits you in a young, dynamic team in the heart of Hamburg.
Your profile
- Commitment and high motivation
- Great interest in M&A and corporate finance advisory
- If possible, first relevant practical experience in the areas of corporate finance advisory, investment banking or management consulting
- Very good bachelor’s degree in economics
- Strong analytical skills, communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Excellent knowledge of German and English
- Very good MS Office knowledge

- Member of and collaboration in a specific sector team
What should you bring along?
- High level of commitment, motivation and keen interest in M&A and corporate finance services
- Four to five years of professional experience in corporate finance advisory or investment banking
- Completed studies (Master’s degree) with a background in economics
- Excellent analytical skills, communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Fluency in German and English (other languages are a plus)
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Sound knowledge of industry-specific databases (e.g. Capital IQ, MergerMarket, Pitchbook etc.)
