Zurich, July 15, 2026 – Proventis Partners advised Diprotex SAS on the acquisition of MA MicroGrind GmbH

Diprotex SAS, a leading manufacturer of diamond and CBN grinding wheels as well as precision grinding solutions headquartered in Saint-Égrève, France, has acquired MA MicroGrind GmbH, based in Rinteln, Germany. MA MicroGrind is a recognized specialist and market leader in fine grinding technology.

The acquisition enhances Diprotex’s capabilities in fine-grinding and expands its ability to provide advanced, application-specific solutions across a broad range of industries. Customers will benefit from deeper technical expertise, a wider portfolio of high-performance grinding solutions, expanded production capabilities in Europe, and strengthened application engineering and after-sales support.

MA MicroGrind will be fully integrated into the Diprotex Group. The Rinteln and Göttingen sites will remain unchanged, and all employees will be retained.

Proventis Partners acted as exclusive M&A advisor to Diprotex SAS throughout the entire acquisition process. The transaction team consisted of Jan Wetter (Partner), Artur Maibach (Director) and Daniel Bütikofer (Associate).
