Hamburg, September 10, 2024 – Proventis Partners advised the shareholder of Service Concept FM GmbH on the sale to SAMSIC Germany Holding GmbH.

The Transaction

Samsic strengthens its presence in Germany through the strategic acquisition of the Service Concept Group.

Samsic, a major player in the field of integrated business services, has acquired Service Concept Group, consolidating its position in the German market. This new acquisition marks an important step in Samsic’s development in Germany, where the company has been present since 2017. It allows Samsic to expand its offering to include multi-technical services and comprehensive solutions for facility management, areas in which Service Concept has more than 30 years of experience. This will enable Samsic to meet the growing demand from German companies in these areas. With this acquisition, Samsic is also expanding its geographical coverage to ensure better customer proximity throughout Germany.

Proventis Partners acted as exclusive M&A advisor to Service Concept in the preparation and implementation of the transaction. In addition to the preparation of the complete documentation, Proventis identified suitable investors and guided them through a sale process tailored to Service Concept, coordinated the due diligence and conducted the contract negotiations until the successful conclusion of the transaction.
