Proventis Partners advised the shareholders and management of Pflegehelden Franchise GmbH and Pflegehelden Pflegedienst GmbH

Hamburg, 20. July 2021 – Proventis Partners advised the shareholders and management of Pflegehelden Franchise GmbH and Pflegehelden Pflegedienst GmbH („Pflegehelden Group“) on the sale of their shares to Rigeto Unternehmerkapital GmbH („Rigeto“).

The Transaction

A group of investors advised by Rigeto, together with the previous managing director and shareholder Daniel Pochhammer, has acquired the Pflegehelden Group which is based in Hamburg and Itzehoe.

Rigeto supports CEO Daniel Pochhammer, who is expanding his stake, in shaping the succession of founders Philip Walter and Martin Wysocki as well as further growth.

The two founders, who together were the majority shareholders, will leave the company as shareholders within the transaction. Mr. Wysocki will remain associated with the company as a consultant. Already in 2018, the founders handed over the operational management to the managing partner Daniel Pochhammer.

Rigeto will continue to invest extensively in the further growth of the group, including the constant further development of the service for the placement of caregivers, the expansion of customer acquisition, the expansion of the management team and the acquisition of additional franchise partners. In addition to the expansion of the service portfolio, Rigeto will contribute its many years of experience in the expansion of successful business models and in particular in the professionalization of a franchise system.

The services included the preparation of all transaction documentation, the identification and approach of suitable investors, the coordination of the due diligence as well as the commercial negotiation of the transaction.
