About the transaction

Under a succession plan, Burton, Van lersel & Whitney will become part of the Wieners+Wieners/Apostroph Group, the leading provider of premium language services in German-speaking countries. The takeover will continue the dynamic growth of the group and strengthen its presence in southern Germany. Anton Van lersel remains Managing Director of BVIW in Munich.
