Proventis Partners advises German Translation Network AG on the acquisition of Lingua World GmbH

05.05.2021 – Proventis Partners has exclusively advised German Translations Network AG (“GEtraNet”) on the acquisition of Lingua World GmbH (“Lingua World”).

The transaction

GEtraNet has acquired all shares in Lingua World, making it one of the TOP 10 German Language Service Providers (LSPs) and moving it into the TOP 100 LSPs worldwide. GEtraNet is taking over all German locations from Lingua World. The transaction was signed on April 30, 2021.

The role of Proventis Partners

Proventis Partners acted as exclusive M&A advisor to GEtraNet and initiated the acquisition of Lingua World. The advisory services mainly included the discussions and negotiations with the seller, the coordination of the due diligence as well as the structuring and negotiation of the economic terms of the implemented share deal. The Lingua World transaction is the tenth M&A transaction in which Proventis Partners has exclusively advised GEtraNet.
