Proventis Partners supports AUTEC process automation GmbH in its sale to VINCI Energies Deutschland GmbH.
Hamburg, 31.10.2019 – Proventis Partners advised TRIADON GmbH (“TRIADON”} on the sale of its subsidiary AUTEC process automation GmbH (“AUTEC”) to VINCI Energies Deutschland GmbH.
The transaction
VINCI Energies Deutschland GmbH, the energy and process automation as well as information and communications technology focused division, has acquired AUTEC and intends to integrate it into the Actemium brand. The specialist for automation and process solutions in the food & beverage (“F&B”) industry is thus expanding the range of services offered by Actemium, the leading full-service provider for industrial process solutions, in the fields of plant and automation technology.
With the acquisition of AUTEC, the Actemium network is once again expanding its know-how in the F&B sector. Thanks to its branches throughout Germany, customers get access to an expanded expertise and the entire service portfolio in this field: From planning and automation, through switchgear construction and assembly, to commissioning, optimisation and service.
