Proventis Partners acts as exclusive adviser to BOETTGER GROUP on the sale of BG Labs to an American investor

BG Labs was founded in Colombia in 2017 with the aim of making medically cultivated cannabis available to German patients. This goal was achieved with the availability of EU-GMP-certified medical cannabis flowers in German pharmacies.

With this milestone achieved, the next phase of development is underway, which requires further refinement of the structural and strategic foundations. The BOETTGER GROUP has decided not to further expand this business within the group and to sell BG Labs to a new owner who will lead the company into its next phase.
