Proventis Partners advised the Shareholders of Docemus Privatschulen

The acquisition includes grammar, intermediate secondary and technical secondary school operations, serving approximately 1,400 students across three campuses in Germany.

Following the establishment of the Grünheide campus in 2006, Docemus expanded regionally with the addition of the Neu Zittau campus in 2008, and the Blumberg campus in 2015, thereby strengthening its presence in the local community. The buyer is acquiring all shares from the founders Ute and Jens Brügmann. The acquisition aligns with AcadeMedia’s strategy of pursuing international expansion and is expected to generate synergies with existing operations. AcadeMedia’s international portfolio currently spans Norway, Germany, Finland, the Netherlands, Poland, and the United Kingdom, accounting for roughly 30 percent of the Group’s total turnover.
