Proventis Partners advised the 50% shareholder of the ADDCON Group on the acquisition of the remaining shares in the Addcon Group in the context of a corporate succession.

ADDCON is committed to the motto “Green Chemistry”. The company refines organic acids and their salts at its production sites in Bitterfeld/Germany and Porsgrunn/Norway. These products are used in the feed and food industries, as well as for de-icing large areas and in oil exploration.

Together with the State of North Rhine-Westphalia, NRW.BANK has launched a powerful instrument for the equity financing of SMEs in NRW: the NRW.BANK.Mittelstandsfonds. This fund primarily takes into account the changed financing conditions of medium-sized companies and their problems in raising equity capital.
