Proventis Partners advised AWR Holding AG

Proventis Partners acted as exclusive M&A lead advisor as well as corporate finance advisor to AWR Holding AG Group in the acquisition of the translation agencies polylogos and Sprachenmax. Both companies were acquired by subsidiaries of AWR Holding AG in an asset deal. Part of the financing was provided by mezzanine capital from MBG Baden-Württemberg. Proventis Partners was the corporate finance advisor for this transaction.
