Proventis Partners advised BB Capital Investments
Cosmetique Totale has successfully entered the German market with the acquisition of MyDerma GmbH, a German provider of aesthetic devices that is represented in major cities such as Berlin, Hamburg, Düsseldorf, Munich and Frankfurt. The Hague-based investment company BB Capital Investments has held a majority stake in Cosmetique Totale since 2020, which has since doubled the number of inpatient and outpatient treatment locations through strategic acquisitions. The skin and laser therapy specialist made its first international acquisition in 2022 with the acquisition of Belgian Laserontharing.be, followed by part of the French chain Dépil Tech in France and Belgium earlier this year. In the Netherlands, Cosmetique Totale acquired City Clinics in the first half of 2023, expanding its offering to include injectable treatments, including Botox and fillers.

In addition to BB Capital Investments, Cosmetique Totale can also rely on the European credit fund Kartesia to obtain the necessary funds to realize its growth ambitions. The parties actively support the leadership team in its growth strategy, which is focused on buy-and-build in Western and Northern Europe. The focus is on acquiring independent institutes for apparatus aesthetics and corresponding chains.
