Eriks Group Germany has acquired the activities of Maagtechnic AG (Switzerland),. With the acquisition of Maagtechnic, Eriks Germany intends to significantly expand its market position and continue on its course of completing its product range and focusing on innovative, technology-oriented market activities.

Maagtechnic is a technical trading, manufacturing and service company in six business areas: Elastomer Technology, Plastics Technology, Fluid and Drive Technology, as well as Occupational Health and Safety and Operating Materials. With around 580 employees, Maagtechnic realizes sales of approximately 182.5 million euros.

Eriks is regarded as a world-leading and innovative group of technical trading companies, with a wide range of high-quality engineering components as well as technical and logistical services for original equipment and maintenance in all industries.
