Proventis Partners advised Sandmann Group

The vitronet Group has acquired 100% of Sandmann GmbH and Energieservice Sandmann GmbH. The Sandmann Group is excellently positioned in the north-eastern part of Germany, particularly in the field of glass fibre expansion, and thus represents an ideal addition to vitronet GmbH.

Sandmann GmbH was founded in 1991 and is a service company based in the north-eastern part of Germany. lt is active in underpround cable line construction, overhead line construction and pipe layinp.

The vitronet Group is a General contractor for nationwide fibre optic and copper infrastructure projects. Every year, more than 1,000 km of fibre optic lines and more than 20,000 FTTB house connections are realised by around 250 employees

Proventis Partners accompanied the shareholders of the Sandmann Group throughout the entire M&A process. The services included the preparation of the entire transaction documentation, the identification and approach of suitable investors, the coordination of the due diligence process and the commercial negotiation of the transaction.
