Proventis Partners advised the owners of Heberlein

Proventis Partners advised the owner of Heberlein AG on the sale of the company. Heberlein, headquartered in Switzerland, is a leading global provider of ceramic nozzles for synthetic continuous filament yarns. The new owners are the Renaissance investment foundation, the company’s management team and the industry expert Daniel Lippuner.

The new owners will continue to run the business with 80 employees as Heberlein Technology AG and want to make a long-term commitment.

The Proventis Partners deal team consisted of Dr. Christoph Studinka, Jan Wetter, Artur Maibach and Jonas Hesseldieck.
