Proventis Partners advised the shareholders of EuroSprinkler

On October 2, VINCI Energies, a VINCI Group division specializing in energy and information and communications technology (ICT), signed an agreement to acquire 100% of the shares of the JOMOS Group, one of Switzerland’s leading fire protection suppliers. The group consists of JOMOS, a technical fire protection company, and EuroSprinkler, a manufacturer of sprinkler products. The group will be integrated into the Fire Protection Solutions Group, making it a wholly owned subsidiary of VINCI Energies. The headquarters in Balsthal will strengthen the Fire Protection Solutions Group’s presence in Switzerland.
