Proventis Partners has exclusively advised tsd Technik-Sprachendienst GmbH

SeproTec Multilingual Solutions (“SeproTec”) acquired 100% of the shares in tsd Technik-Sprachendienst GmbH (“tsd”) from Dina Freibott, who has developed the company into a leading language service provider based in Germany over the last 30 years. Dominique Puls and Stefan Puls as the tsd management team will retain their roles in the company as managing directors and will be part of the future structure of SeproTec.

Proventis Partners acted as exclusive M&A advisor for the shareholder, Dina Freibott and her management team, consisting of Dominique and Stefan Puls, on the sale of 1,000. The consulting services included the selection of potential buyers, discussions and negotiations with the buyer, and the coordination of the due process

Diligence as well as the structuring and negotiation of the economic conditions of the share deal carried out. The Proventis Partners transaction team consisted of Rainer Wieser (Partner, Munich) and Andreas König (Director, Munich).

The tsd transaction marks the fourteenth M&A transaction by Proventis Partners in the language service provider (“LSP”) sector. The most recent transactions were the acquisition of Lingua World GmbH by German Translations Network AG in May 2021, which has thus risen to the TOP 10 of German LSPs and the TOP 100 of global LSPs, and in May 2020 the acquisition of TANNER Translations GmbH + Co KG, Düsseldorf, through RKT Translations and Documentation GmbH, a subsidiary of German Translation Network AG, Freiburg.
