We are looking for an analyst (m/f/d) (full-time) for the Hamburg office. A modern workplace awaits you in a dynamic and growing team in the center of Hamburg.

What are your Activities?

  • Challenging and varied activities in M&A transactions and other corporate finance mandates
  • Preparation of company valuations, financing models and balance sheet analyzes as well as investment memoranda and presentations
  • Participation in the creation and review of financing and transaction structures
  • Conducting primary and secondary research

What should you bring Along?

  • Commitment, high motivation and great interest in M&A and corporate finance advisory
  • First relevant practical experience in the areas of corporate finance advisory, investment banking or management consulting
  • Very good bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics
  • Very good analytical skills, communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
  • Very good MS Office knowledge
