Proventis Partners advised Lingua-World
4. Juli – Proventis Partners berät Lingua World beim Verkauf an ElaN Languages.
The transaction
GTN Group AG has sold all shares of Lingua World to the Belgian language service provider ElaN Languages. In the transaction process, which was accompanied by Proventis Partners as M&A advisor, all shares were sold to ElaN in a share deal. The current CEO Tom Jordi Ruesch remains on board and will expand together with ElaN through acquisitions as part of a buy&build strategy.
The role of Proventis Partners
Proventis Partners successfully supported the shareholders as exclusive M&A advisor in the preparation and execution of the transaction, which was particularly characterized by the complex shareholder structure. The consulting services included the execution of a structured transaction process, the consolidation of the financials of the complex corporate structure, the preparation of marketing and transaction documents, the identification and approach of potential investors including management presentations as well as the support during due diligence and transaction negotiations.
