The Transaction

Logward GmbH & Co.KG, a specialist for AI-powered supply chain execution workflow technology, was sold to Shippeo, the global leader in real-time multimodal transportation visibility, headquartered in Paris. The transaction includes Logward GmbH & Co.KG and its operations in Hamburg and Bangalore, India, with over 80 employees across Europe and India.
